Heather Baker

Dr. Heather Baker is a Sudden Cardiac Arrest survivor, school administrator, public speaker, and CPR/AED training advocate. She is 34 years old and lives in the greater Rockford region of Illinois with her son Easton, husband Paul, dog Echo, and very large cat named Zeus.

Less than 9% of victims survive Sudden Cardiac Arrest, and even fewer are able to share their story of survival. Heather has served as the keynote speaker for a number of events, sharing her inspirational story of survival and overcoming hardship, as well as advocating for heart health, wellness, and CPR/AED training.

As not only a survivor but as a woman in leadership, Heather's can speak to a variety of subjects, including inspirational/motivational speaking, the importance of wellness and heart health, inspirational and daring leadership, and authenticity.
