From what if to why not: How to take risks and overcome fear of failure

Running multiple businesses and creating her dream life didn’t come easy, and it definitely didn’t come without taking a few risks. In this signature talk, Hayley explains why risks are necessary to achieving any dream or goal and how you face the setbacks that will inevitably occur along the way. Through personal stories, heartfelt sentiments, and a few moments designed to kick you into gear, she challenges her audience to take the “what if?” mindset that’s holding them back from the life they want, and instead start asking “why not me?” and take the risks that are going to get them there.

The one defining strategy that will amplify your content creation process

Creating content becomes a second nature when you run multiple businesses, and over the years, Hayley has developed the 7 criteria that content needs to meet in order to successfully reach its audience. She has created a one-word strategy for implementing these qualities and actions into the content creation process, and in this signature talk, she teaches her audience that strategy, and breaks down the 7 characteristics of great content. Attendees will leave with tangible items that they can implement to create high quality, engaging content regardless of their industry or level of expertise.

The voice that matters: Finding your voice in a sea of other people's opinions

Hayley has a pretty unique story for her journey to finding her voice and owning who she is. Her teenage and college years were heavily influenced by other people’s opinions of her, to the point where her friendly, “happy-go-lucky” personality changed to a shy introvert that struggled to make friends. After getting married and finding herself on a path in personal development, Hayley started to face the fears and anxieties that had held her back for years, and in this signature talk, she motivates other women to overcome their hesitancies, let go of the opinions that are holding them back, and start finding and focusing on the one voice that matters most: their own.
