I was born in Blackpool in 1972 and I've wondering how in the hell everything works ever since. Despite an...eclectic career path I've spent the past 13 years as a co-founder of LiveLeak.com. I've certainly had more failures than successes in my life but I've learned from them. Not necessarily how to prevent them happening again or perhaps anything useful but it still counts.
In my time with LiveLeak I have appeared on more news stations than I ever bothered to count, I've been to a debate at NATO, and I once gave a talk at the Copenhagen Art Museum where an audience of academics discovered it's easier than they thought to be manipulated.
In recent years I've pulled away from media appearances and the like preferring to carry on blundering my way through life but now I feel like sharing more and hopefully inspiring a few people along the way.
I also mostly remember what venue I'm in at any given time. Bonus, right?
