Hani Kafoury is a dynamic speaker, coach, and facilitator with over 30 years of business leadership experience and 12 years as a licensed psychologist. Hani continues to inspire audiences worldwide with his academic background AND lived experiences in leadership, change management, transformation, resilience, mental health and mindfulness.

A true advocate for lifelong transformation, Hani doesn’t just talk about change — he lives it. In his 50s, he made a bold shift from a successful career as a business executive to become a licensed psychologist, coach, and professional speaker. His drive to push boundaries began earlier, in his 20s and 30s, when he ran multiple marathons, spent a year backpacking around the world, met Mother Teresa in Calcutta, and taught English in Bangkok. In his 50s, he summited Mount Kilimanjaro and produced a documentary on the experience that was nominated at a film festival. In his 60s, far from slowing down, he completed a full IRONMAN race, a Spartan obstacles race, and began pursuing a doctorate degree, specializing in psychological resilience in leaders during times of adversity. His upcoming book, DARE!, delves into the principles of personal and professional reinvention.

Fluent in English and French, Hani has worked with global organizations, delivering impactful workshops and keynotes that drive real change. His mission? Helping individuals and businesses embrace transformation at any stage of life.
