Gwen (She/Her) is a former Software Developer and Agile Coach who is currently working as a Learning and Development Manager in Zappi – a ground-breaking technology company that’s changing the market research industry.
Gwen's passions have always revolved around processes and people. The latter, in this instance has meant that she has focussed intently over the last few years on becoming an expert facilitator - having facilitated hundreds of meetings, from Retrospectives, to Workshops, to Alignment Sessions she knows how to get the best out of individuals in meeting type scenarios.
When not at work, Gwen has recently taken up Surfing - because who says you can't teach an old dog new tricks?
