Guy Sands-Pingot was the Army’s Logistics Support Activity single point of entry and exit for information and depository for all logistics data. He successfully transferred excess military equipment to partner recipient nations through support operations and was responsible for developing and maintaining an annual budget of approximately $1.8 billion.
