For 12 years I have bin working with people as a Yoga teacher, Cranio sacral therapist, Massage therapist, public speaker and a healer. And in thous works I have learned that everyone can live a wonderful life of happiness, success and abundance, no matter where they come from, what education or social abilities they have. But most of the people are lacking self-esteem, the feeling of being enough, a willing to act from their highest potential and don't have the courage to stand by them selves and speak their truth.

After years of noticing that all problems people complain about come from the same source I wrote a therapy to help people understand this phenomena which is a lack of self love or a strong feeling of not being enough. In this therapy I teach people to understand who they are, the qualities they possess, how to be content with yourself on an everyday basis, in work environment as in personal life, to behave and act from your highest good, how everyone in your life is teaching you a important lesson, how to have the courage to choose the right things for you and speak your honest truth, learn to listen to and use your intuition and to how to be able to make changes in every area of your life. But most people can easily say what they want but aren't capable to make the changes because of an inner protecting system.

For the last 6 years I teach my therapy in private sessions, in workshops for groups and companies and in my Private Retreats for Women in Bali.

Over 1200 persons have attended my therapy with outstanding results, transforming their lives in all aspects.

The companies I have worked with certify a instant growth, more commitment and intimacy between co-workers. The most frequent problem I hear form CEO's are problems with and between personnel. Power struggle and again lack of self esteem and courage to speak out and front the truth.

I have years long experience of organizing workshops for companies and groups in their environment as well as abroad.

In all my lectures I give tools and information about how to change to get better results and leave all my clients enthusiastic about performing on a higher level and bring more awareness and mindfulness into ones life.
