Greg Coleman is an inspirational speaker, gifted storyteller and transformational expert, teaching
leaders and business owners how to Flip the Field, get a Leg Up on Life, and Shift the Atmosphere in
their companies and organizations using proven principles. He has spoken across the country to a
diverse group of corporations, community organizations and associations, as well as faith-based
institutions.
Greg has a special passion for business, civic leaders and public safety workers charged with leadership
in our communities. He understands that communication is the main ingredient in building a formidable
team. Learning how to work effectively as a team is a key component in all his messages.
Some of his notable distinctions are of being the first African American punter in the NFL and his
induction into the 2021 class of the Black College Football Hall of Fame. He was also inducted into the
State of Florida Sports Hall of Fame Class of 2023. For 21 years, he served as the Sideline Analyst for the
Minnesota Vikings Radio Network. He retired at the end of the 2021 NFL season. He also spent 24 years
as a C-level Executive at an international communications company in their public safety market. Greg
also serves as the Executive Director of the Bob Hayes Track Meet, one of the largest one-day High
School meets in the country.
