Best selling author of "The Older I Get...The Smarter My Dad Becomes", Greg D. Hill has trained and motivated thousands of enthusiastic attendees during his career spanning over 35 years. As founder of RISE Sales Training, he has developed customizable curriculums based on proven success formulas.

As a highly successful leader in the Insurance sales field, he is highly sought after facilitator for not only sales training, but leadership and management training as well. Utilizing the proprietary "Conversational Training" technique, he promotes lively audience interaction and participation. He has designed and implemented over 40 unique workshops and seminars conducting over 1,000 events throughout the years.

Mr. Hill is a highly dynamic, engaging speaker and holds the Certified Master Trainer designation from the Association for Talent Development. Additionally, he was the first individual in the world to achieve the "Master Rummelier" designation from the Royal Rum Society denoting the highest level of the rum spirit appreciation and elucidation.
