My life story

I was born and grew up in Paris in a modest family from a Tunisian father and an Algerian mother. My dad left and my parents got divorced when I was 3. I always felt special and at 5 years old I was already asking the stars to take me back. I battled with my mental health for years and attempted to take my own life at the age of 14 years old. Most of my life, I tried to make sense of my suffering and I found ways to cope through alcohol, cigarettes and sex. At 20 years old, I was sick and tired and I decided to deprogram completely from the muslim background I was brought up in. I started researching and I fell in love with eastern philosophy and since then entered a devotional path. In 2017, I went through a great spiritual awakening where I experienced divine consciousness but also experienced the darkest nights of my soul. I couldn't stay in uni so I quit because I did not resonate anymore with pursuing my master degree in drama. I found myself stuck in my mother's apartment watching stupid series all night and waking up late. I couldn't keep living in the toxic environment where my traumas started. I knew I was born for a great purpose and managed to snap myself out of this destructive loop. I took a leap of faith and decided to move across the world to travel in Australia to start healing and learning to love myself. I completely stepped out of my comfort zone by living a traveler and minimalistic life, getting rid of make up and razors lol. I then traveled to Asia and Asia was so enlightening. When I arrived in Bali my all field shifted and I activated deep remembrance. Thailand was also powerful and I got to study in a Buddhist monastery for a little while. I then went to Nepal to complete my 200h yoga teacher training and climbed the Himalayas. Then came India and India was a powerful portal for me because it activated deep and ancient traumas connected to my feminine energy. I started to acknowledge my wounded feminine energy and entered a deeper sexual healing and it was also a great initiation to the feminine path. I then worked in the mental health system in California offering transformational and spiritual tools to heal from mental illness. It was also the first time I was sharing my story publicly and acknowledged that I also suffered from mental illness or should I say SOUL SICKNESS. I also observed the downfalls of the healthcare system keeping people prisoners of their label. I felt the call to then start my own practice as a life coach and teach what I learnt along the way and push women to heal their feminine energy and master themselves.I developed a unique spiritual psychological approach to heal from traumas and work with the quantum field. I am back in California after living two years in Mexico and ready to create more programs and healing space for women to heal.

Healing Wounded Feminine Energy

Our mothers and grandmothers suffered from an oppressive and repressive system. Unfortunately, they didn't have the tools or the dedication to work on themselves and heal their DNA. They gave birth through a womb that held negative imprints preventing them from feeling balanced sexually, emotionally and energetically. When we inherited their DNA, we did not only inherit their body defenses but also their emotional blueprint. All the deep wounds that were not healed by the generations of women before us were passed down through DNA and manifested a distorted hologram (energy field) for ourselves. We might not be fully aware of our feminine blocks but everything exists and pervades on a subtle level

Integration after experiencing trauma : Soul Retrieval

Our soul is a sacred essence that sustains the health and well-being of our physical, mental, emotional and etheric body. Traumatic and negative experiences can cause a fragmentation of our soul leaving us feel powerless and purposeless. The retrieval is a shamanic process to call our broken pieces back, to assemble them and experience the totality of our being. From this wholeness is born a profound sense of freedom. This process is what Carl Jung called individuation, when we integrate our shadow aspects and become self-realized. To realize thyself is to innerstand ourselves as infinite intelligence connected to the entire web of life through collective consciousness. From our collective consciousness is born the darker collective unconscious. To access our transcendental nature is to understand that our destructive patterns are inherited from this collective unconscious.

Trauma responses

In my book, I talk about different trauma responses and how trauma responses are experienced. I describe how a trauma response feels through the experience I had with my own trauma body. I love how we can just study our minds and unwind as we go. There is a trauma response that is so relevant to me : Disembodiment. In indigenous cultures, they talk about soul loss. It is when the experience of trauma is too intense that the soul leaves the body. When we experience this feeling, we can feel incredibly ungrounded and passive in life. We feel victimized by our reality, we question ourselves and we are absent from reality. It is just as reality is happening without us. We always think about what we are going to say next. We do not find strength to establish boundaries because we do not have control over our bodies. The hardware of the machine is not present anymore. It is just like we have forgotten ourselves. We need to allow spirit in again. We need to see beyond what troubles us and rem
