Today, as a full-time pastor and music artist, Dr. Gabriel Powell consistently finds opportunities to mentor the next generation of leaders in any arena that he enters by way of relationship, counseling and music. Pastor Gabe’s latest singles, Nobody Like You and Teach My Mama, furthermore proves that his determination to shift and revive the culture is the greatest depiction of his heart for the people of God. As each facet of his life thus far has proven, he will always find a way to reach, teach, and develop God’s people, no matter their background, race or socioeconomical status.
In 2014, Dr. Gabe was appointed senior pastor of Encounter Atlanta, a church plant from Rhema Word Cathedral based in Roswell, Georgia. As reaching the world requires much faith, Gabriel made the move from his hometown of Albany to Roswell to follow a new dream of preaching, teaching, and developing leaders in the greater Atlanta area.
