I am Dr. Fredah Mainah—an internationally recognized speaker and self-leadership strategist. Drawing from years of research and lived experience, I developed a signature framework that empowers organizational leaders, aspiring leaders, and individuals worldwide to reclaim their personal power through intentional self-leadership.

With a PhD in Organizational Leadership, decades of teaching and instruction design, and a personal journey from cultural silence to global voice, I bring both academic depth and heartfelt insight to every stage I stand on. I am honored to be recognized by Marquis Who’s Who in America as a Top Professional and Executive, celebrated at the University of Oxford at Keble College for advancing education and empowering women, and awarded an Honorary PhD in Humanitarianism for my volunteer work in many communities by Global International Alliance Advocate University.

As the founder of Rainbow-Ono Sanctuary and a published author, I lead with clarity, authenticity, and compassion—helping others turn their inner alignment into meaningful global impact.
