Bio

Frank Clayton has 10+ years of fitness and personal development space. Frank graduated from Iowa Wesleyan University with a degree in Communication with a focus on Sports Journalism. He later obtained a master’s degree in Performance Psychology from National University. Frank Clayton currently tours speaking to groups and coaches individuals on both the physical and mental aspect of personal development. He has coached scores of top performing athletes at all levels– including the NBA, NFL, NCAA and high national champion athletes. He has dedicated his life to increasing access to performance tools and performance psychology education to populations that need it the most. In 2019 he created Accelerated Results Coaching Academy and recently in 2023 Accelerated Results Coaching Radio Sports Show. His anticipated new book, Every Young Man will be released in Summer 2023.
