Bio

François E. Aubert is a management consultant, speaker, trainer, person of trust and business coach. He is also a long time volunteer for several organisations and currently chairs Arfor, the largest Swiss association of training professionals.

His consulting and training expertise comes from 35 years dealing with leaders, entrepreneurs, families and companies in over 50 countries, helping them improving their efficiency often in a multicultural and challenging business environment.

He holds an MBA from the Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh and is a Certified Financial Analyst and Portfolio Manager (CEFA), CAIA charter-holder, Chartered MSCI, Certified Trainer, Business Coach and Person of Trust. He is also trained as NLP trainer and accredited to use Belbin, Social Style and other highly recognised instruments. François is also a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership in the UK.
