His ambition to leave a significant imprint on the world began with his academic pursuits. He attended the University of California, Berkeley, achieving a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. His educational journey continued with completing the Stanford Advanced Project Management Program, an Executive Certificate in Management and Leadership at the MIT Sloan School of Management, and a Real Estate Executive Seminar at Harvard Business School. His diverse academic background gave him the technical expertise and leadership skills to confront and solve complex global challenges. His career trajectory experienced a pivotal shift in 1997 when he joined Intel Corporation. During his time at Intel, he recognized the transformative power of technology as a tool to uplift humanity. This epiphany and his formative experiences inspired a vision of a world free from hunger, poverty, pollution, and diseases, motivating him to leave Intel to pursue this aspiration. In 2009, a momentous encounter with MIT Professor Ian W. Hunter, a renowned inventor, led Faiz to join Nucleus Scientific, Inc., co-founded by Professor Hunter, which was at the forefront of developing innovative "in-wheel" motor technology, marking a significant stride in electric mobility.
