How to make work more human

Low workforce participation rates, low unemployment, and high turnover are sending a clear message: expectations regarding the role of work and jobs in our lives have changed dramatically in recent years. Organizations exist to serve humans, not the other way around, so the world of work is in urgent need of a change that restores human agency, dignity, and autonomy. While many leaders know this and want to do better, the approaches of the past are ineffective and dehumanizing in today's world. This presentation provides heart-led leaders with new frameworks and practical disciplines they can use immediately to begin cultivating humancentric workplaces that get results.
