Erin Pash

Erin holds a masters degree and Minnesota state license in Marriage and Family Therapy. She is also recognized by the Minnesota and American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy as a clinical supervisor and clinical fellow.

Over the last 15 years, Erin’s work experience in community mental health led her to found, Ellie Mental Health, to bring focus on reducing stigma and fill gaps in the mental health field. In the last 8 years Ellie has grown to 25 locations throughout Minnesota and is opening over 600 locations in 40 states across America. With compassion and determination, Ellie has pioneered creative ways to deliver outpatient mental health services and has helped more than 100,000 individuals and families live more authentically.

In addition to being the CEO, Erin is also an author, professional speaker, content creator, and a mom to 6 kids! And you definitely don’t want to know how many cats she has. In her spare time she enjoys consulting on mental health legislation, volunteering in her community, throwing epic parties, and traveling with her family.

Erin is considered a subject matter expert on relationships, anxiety, complex family systems, human emotions, the health care industry as a whole, business, business scaling, idea formation and expansion, franchising, and the bio-psycho-social implications of human behavior.
