As a first-generation college graduate from inner-city Memphis, TN, I earned a Bachelor of Paralegal Studies (BPS) from the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss) and a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from a nationally recognized program, achievements that laid the foundation for my leadership in tackling systemic challenges across national security, technology, and policy innovation.
For more than a decade, I served in the FBI and across the U.S. Intelligence Community. I safeguarded critical national security interests by addressing counterterrorism, emerging tech threats, critical infrastructure, and more. As a senior intelligence advisor, I routinely represented the U.S. Government internationally, advancing U.S. priorities and protecting lives and assets during some of the world’s most sensitive global operations.
Transitioning to Big Tech, I’ve championed humanity over profit, proving that people and profit can coexist when accountability and equity guide innovation. From leading initiatives in ethical AI frameworks to embedding human-centered solutions into strategy, I help organizations design culturally aware policies that tackle urgent challenges in technology, leadership, and equity.
