Bio

I am a bold disruptor, dynamic storyteller, and global thought leader with nearly two decades of leadership experience spanning national security, Big Tech, and policy innovation. As a first-generation college graduate from inner-city Memphis, TN, I earned a Bachelor of Paralegal Studies (BPS) from the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss) and a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from a nationally recognized program, achievements that laid the foundation for my leadership in tackling systemic challenges across national security, technology, and policy innovation.

For more than a decade, I served in the FBI and across the U.S. Intelligence Community. I safeguarded critical national security interests by addressing counterterrorism, emerging tech threats, critical infrastructure, and more. As a senior intelligence advisor, I routinely represented the U.S. Government internationally, advancing U.S. priorities and protecting lives and assets during some of the world’s most sensitive global operations.

Transitioning to Big Tech, I’ve championed humanity over profit, proving that people and profit can coexist when accountability and equity guide innovation. From leading initiatives in ethical AI frameworks to embedding human-centered solutions into strategy, I help organizations design culturally aware policies that tackle urgent challenges in technology, leadership, and equity.

The rapid pace of technological innovation has left corporate leaders and policymakers struggling to balance innovation with accountability. I challenge them to act boldly, make ethical decisions, and center humanity in their work, ensuring that technological advancements serve people—not just profit margins.

As the Founder, Principal Strategist and Policy Consultant of The EN Strategy Group, I collaborate with organizations to design human-focused strategies that create meaningful, lasting impact. My LEAD framework—Learn, Elevate, Advocate, Drive—empowers leaders to:

- Learn from challenges and embrace resilience.

- Elevate diverse perspectives to build inclusive solutions.

- Advocate for ethical practices and bold decision-making.

- Drive sustainable change that aligns innovation with accountability.

My personal story exemplifies resilience and advocacy. After navigating a devastating prenatal prognosis and leveraging my intelligence expertise to save my baby’s life, I turned this journey into advocacy for maternal and infant health. Chronicled in the Amazon Best Seller, A Special Delivery: From Pregnancy to Toddlerhood, my story inspires leaders to rise to challenges, lead with purpose, and create policies and innovations that truly serve people.

I bring this unique perspective to audiences through keynotes, panel discussions—as both speaker and moderator—and workshops that energize, equip, and empower leaders to boldly disrupt norms and tackle urgent challenges across technology, policy, national security, leadership, and the global landscape.
