Bio

Erica Lasan is a multi-passionate entrepreneur, wife, and mom on a mission to transform the world (and future generations) through RADICAL JOY!

Starting with a jewelry line at age 13, writing for several outlets, and eventually producing content for various media publications (including EBONY, Black & Sexy TV, and Mom.com), Erica has built a career around creative expression and service for over two decades.

After being laid off in 2016 (and an unexpected transition into motherhood), Erica looked to “JOYGems” gained throughout her career to establish JOYrney To Purpose™.

Now in her role as a JOY Strategist & Creative Consultant, Erica serves corporations and entrepreneurial women in learning how to lead change and embrace “what’s next” with JOY! Through her signature 3-step JOYrney™ process, Erica leads workshops, community-based challenges, and coaching/consulting services to help others rediscover JOY in every area of life.
