Bio

Entrepreneur, Mentor, Community supporter and advocate for men and families, Eric Marsh, Sr has been active helping others flourish for over 15 years. Having extensive experience as a facilitator for adult and youth programs, Eric brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to his mission of inspiring and informing men and boys. He has served as a workshop presenter, panelist and planning committee member for The Black Male Development Symposium (BMDS), a panelist for EUSA Entrepreneur series.

Eric has hosted his own podcast and internet radio shows as well as host of WGGT-LP FM morning radio news and information show "Friday Focus".

Active in the Nicetown community of Philadelphia, he has served as team leader for events including the Kevin Hart Community Day and Mural Unveiling and the annual Nicetown CDC Give Back Day as well as organizer of the 1st Annual Philly Butterfly Memorial. A long-time education advocate, Eric has also supported at Mary McLeod Bethune and Cleveland Elementary schools and currently serves Edward T Steel school as a parent volunteer and President of the School Advisory Council. Mr. Marsh is one of the founding members of The Know Bullying Coalition, a community-based emerging nonprofit that focuses on reducing bullying, violence and suicides. He is also a founding member of The Fathering Circle, a peer support organization where fathers examine male socialization, its impact on them and its residual effects on their children and families.

Using the six A’s of Alleviating Her Stress, I will guide men through a step-by-step process of strengthening emotional intelligence with the goal of enriching their relationships with women.

Strengthening Family Bonds

Through the use of group circles and reevaluation counseling techniques, we delve into how men are molded by society and how we can reshape ourselves into better brothers, husbands and fathers.

Following Our Childrens Lead

Journey along with me as we look back into our childhood, reconnect with our younger selves and form a deeper relationship with our present day children.
