Eric Elston is a dedicated servant leader who has devoted his life to innovating, inspiring, and motivating youth and young adults on both local and national levels. He thrives on challenging and assisting others in turning the impossible into possible. With over 20 years of experience as an educational practitioner, facilitator, and thought leader, Eric has been a driving force for positive change in his community, advocating for children and families in need.

Eric's outstanding community work has earned him recognition, including the prestigious CFF 40 under 40 Award for his remarkable contributions. He has also been selected to participate in the esteemed Leadership Anne Arundel Flagship program and has served on the Board of Directors for Leadership Anne Arundel (LAA). Currently, he serves as a board member for Maryland Cultural & Conference Center (MC3) and Wiley H. Bates Legacy Center, showcasing his commitment to community development.

In addition to his community involvement, Eric is also an avid sports fan and serves as an advisor to two former NBA players, Johnny O'bryant of the Charlotte Hornets and Cleanthony Early of the New York Knicks. He is currently working on two impactful documentaries that explore the complex issues of race, culture, and education in America, highlighting his passion for social justice and advocacy.
