Our culture is inundated with distractions, many of which go unnoticed in our lives until it is too late. Our culture is more stress and anxious than ever before and most people do not know how to live adequately under the burden of our own lives. We live with this stress and anxiety which manifests itself in exhaustion, low self-esteem, and depression. But there is a better way to take back control of specific areas in our lives. How can we take practical steps to eliminate the distractions in our lives in order eliminate the stress we can control? How can we be intentional about taking back control of technology instead of letting it control us? How do we eliminate the messages of negativity from our lives? Take specific action steps to eliminate the complexity we create in our own lives. In essence, to thrive instead of survive!
