After a 13 year career in marketing, Emma moved across to employee engagement and employee communications with a global role at Merlin Entertainments 5 years ago. A 2020 move over to Moto Hospitality has brought her to head up internal communication and employee engagement, and she is relishing her opportunity to transform employee experience here. Still passionate about both marketing and engagement fields, she finds ways to bring both disciplines together from developing global engagement strategies and creative internal campaigns to measuring engagement and making it a KPI for the entire business.
