Emile Salame is the owner of the London-based company Cornerstone Asset Advisors, an independent real estate consultancy company that offers its clients a ‘one-stop shop’ when it comes to investing in London’s real estate market. Recent case studies include the successful securing of high-end properties in Chelsea, Hyde Park, Earl’s Court and Kensington High Street for clients.
Cornerstone Asset Advisors specialises in finding real estate opportunities for its clients and can, when required, manage refurbishment work to offer a comprehensive service. Cornerstone will build a precise picture of its clients’ requirements and objectives and subsequently scrutinise the market to identify the best opportunities that fit these clients’ profiles. The day-to-day progress of the project will also be supervised by the company, which will closely manage all the parties involved in both the project and construction.
Mr Salame also co-founded the home-based baking company Sweet Act, which made and sold homemade cakes and treats – with all of the profits from this concern donated to a variety of charities.
As well as real estate portfolio management, Mr Salame’s professional fields of interest include finance, hotel management and catering management. He holds a master’s degree in finance from Bayes Business School in London.
