Authentic Collaboration: Bridge-Building for a Vibrant Work Culture

A creative, vibrant work culture develops when leaders and teams authentically collaborate to hold all needs and perspectives with care. This begs the question, how to respect self and others when differences arise? This workshop explores the nuances of conventional collaboration while introducing a new vision and model called authentic collaboration. This holistic practice is based on relationship intelligence and behavioral science. The intention is to bring more of who we are to the workplace and, in so doing, unlock the door to personal mastery, empowered choice, true engagement, trust-building, innovation and high performance. Together, let's discover how to build collaborative bridges so self, others and Earth can all thrive.

Emotional Intelligence: Fine-Tuning the Instrument of Self

Emotional intelligence research shows that this EQ set of skills and qualities are more important to personal and professional success than IQ. Intended to build resiliency and healthy relationships, the four EI domains are deepening self-awareness (strengths and growing edges), self-regulation (modulating feelings/thinking), social awareness (listening with empathy) and relationship management (teamwork/conflict mastery). This offering supports leaders and teams in identifying personal triggers and healthy coping strategies so that people can ride the waves of emotion with greater ease and skill.

Conflict Mastery: Using Nonviolent Communication to Transform Relationships

Conflict can be a powerful opportunity to learn, deepen respect and foster shared understanding. Nonviolent Communication principles enables people to move beyond the strategies of attack/defend and shame/blame to observe without judgment, empathize with feelings, identify needs, creatively solution-find and ask for what we want. This win-win approach is about stepping beyond separation to meaningfully re-engage and repair our important relationships. The focus is on choice, meaning and connection as we practice new ways of thinking, speaking, listening and behaving.

Cultivating Talent: The Power of Performance Dialogue

Are you wondering how to turn on the full potential of your team? This workshop is geared for leaders and teams who are dedicated to performance excellence by honing the facilitation skill of dialogue and feedback. The guiding principle is that we all have innate gifts, unique talents and creative potential waiting to be unleashed. Together, we explore game-changing ways of interacting and coaching especially when faced with challenging behaviours. Growing talent = happy clients = revitalizing your organization

True Colors: Team-Building with a Rainbow of Color

True Colors is a well-known personality assessment tool used around the world to develop team effectiveness. It is based on the premise that people's personalities are innate and thus predictable. Since people naturally seek ways to feel good about themselves, True Colors is an esteeming opportunity to step into our full expression. This uplifting, engaging workshop deepens self-awareness, strengthens communication, builds shared understanding and develops extraordinary teams.
