Influencing Behaviors: 7 Simple Rules

45-90 minute keynote

Everything around us is changing... and changing fast. In our professional and personal lives, the rate of change is unprecedented. At times, it can be overwhelming. How can we keep up with it all? Rather than focusing on the change, let's learn to master that which does not change.

Influence, persuasion, body language, and rapport are the keys to moving others and influencing behaviors... and how to move people has not changed in millennia.

Influencing Generations

Format: 45-60 minute keynote

This program is perfect for:
Leaders who want to improve their communication in the setting of a multigenerational workforce

The audience will leave with:
The highest-yield moments of influence in a diverse, multigenerational workforce
Who to promote and which skills to develop in others

Yes, it's a challenge - communicating and influencing others in a multigenerational workforce. But the answer doesn't lie in labels and us vs them. It's faaaar more elegant (and easy) than that.

Reframe for Resilience

Format:
1-hour presentation

What if you could transform someone's life with a simple (but elegant) change in perspective... in the middle of a normal conversation... and yet, completely under the radar?

You can. Reframing is a powerful tool your audience will experience and learn. Specifically, they will learn to reframe for resilience.

Resilience is a necessary quality these days - for our organizations, for our teams, and for ourselves.

How To Write A Book In 14.7 Minutes
30 minutes
(View workshop agenda)

This workshop is on FIRE. You can have your audience collaborate on a book... Yes, a book... that they co-create. It's fun and powerful during the event. Better than that, though, you produce something that lasts far beyond the event.
