Since 2016, I have run Ebony L. Green Coaching where I focus on my purpose and calling: to bring forward the truth of the past, to inform a clear, active, and focused present, for a desire-driven future.

And because I love to teach, I have not one problem showing you how to do the same for you. This is the idea behind my work.

The WHY behind my work is this: marginalized people and genders deserve to take up space with agency and confidence born of internal power and clarity - no matter what this world offers them.

From my work with hundreds of amazingly powerful people, I know that the one thing they can control that will keep them in agency with confidence is knowledge, acceptance, and activation of their whole self.

AND I also know that this is not easy to do. Everybody wants you to be authentic and talks about how great it is for your personal and professional lives: yet, it's crickets on how to BE and DO authentic.

I am the world expert on authenticity who focuses on guiding marginalized people and genders to show up powerfully with their whole self today - no matter what. This is my purpose and why I no longer run that successful consulting business most know and love me for.

I spent two decades running PLHB Consulting - which stands for Peace, Love, Harmony, and Blessings. I chose this name way back in 1999 because all four come to business owners and nonprofit leaders when they align their personal mission and vision with their business people, operations, projects, finances, and systems.

I spent a lot of time on amazing projects as the Partner-for-Hire for some of our world's most authentically impactful visionary leaders.

While I closed PLHB Consulting in 2019, I did not forget all that knowledge. The way to get access to that old me is to hire me as a Business Accelerator through one or several half- or full-day #ThinkTank™ Sessions.
