Bio

With almost two decades of experience across numerous industries, Earvin has worked with some of the most decorated technology leaders in the industry. Most recently, he’s spent the last 6 years with Avanade (joint venture between Accenture and Microsoft) as a Director-level Client Delivery Leader and the Delivery Management Talent Community (DMTC) Lead for Avanade’s West Region. Earvin has a history of elevating client experience and account profitability in competitive markets and across a diverse set of industries such as banking, media & entertainment, aviation, and telecommunications. Through influential leadership and collaboration, he enjoys guiding teams to achieve aggressive goals and realize success.

Outside of work, Earvin enjoys traveling, sports, random smart home projects around the house, and being near the water with his family as much as possible. Their favorite spots are the beaches near his home in sunny Southern California.

Fun Fact – Earvin resided in Toronto, Canada for 8 years prior to relocating back to the United States in 2021.
