Aversa holds a MBA from Saint Mary’s College and an undergraduate degree in Management where he was inducted into the National Leadership Honor Society ODK. He’s been featured in national publications, news, podcasts, and other media. He is the author of Grow It Now! The Business Leader’s Handbook to Driving Revenue, Engagement, and New Opportunities which made the Top 100 on Amazon. Additionally, he's held public and private appointments on committees. Prior to entering the business world, Aversa served the public as a professional firefighter/paramedic and college instructor for 10 years.
