Dr Tommy Nash

Tommy Nash served with excellence as a senior enlisted man in USS BUNKER HILL; I was Commanding Officer. Since his position was in our critically important combat operations center, I was closely attuned to his performance. Tommy was superb, a leader, forward-leaning. I had complete confidence in Tommy's own capability and that of the sailors and junior officers who stood watch with him. Clearly after his career in the Navy, Tommy strove with great success to achieve far greater levels of capability and capacity with significantly advanced education ... PhD in Education is a noteworthy accomplishment. Tommy's speaking, motivational style, leadership, and management skills in all organizations and interactions are well-regarded and have continued to contribute positively to all with whom he interacts, just as he did firsthand onboard BUNKER HILL, itself being a fleet frontline, state of the art, technology-advanced guided missile cruiser which demanded the best sailors and sailors at their best.
