Dr. Taavon Bazemore

I am a young black professional. I have my Ph.D. in Human Services specializing in topics around trauma experiences and response and resilience. I am born and raised in the inner city of West Baltimore, MD. I have lived and overcame adversity and continuously work and provide support and services to communities and the families who live in these communities. I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW-C) with a master's in Social Work. I have dedicated over ten years as a social worker with at-risk families plagued by traumatic experiences; helping them discover their resilience attributes.
