Maxwell Leadership certified speaker, Dr. Sharon Arrindell, inspires audiences to pick up the pieces of their lives through the power of “Redemption Song”. She helps married couples go from roommates to romantic lovers again. She also helps women go from stuck to walking into vision again.
Though seemingly quiet and unassuming, place writing instruments in her hands, or put her in front of an audience and she will tell you her personal Redemption Song. A native of Jamaica West Indies, she relocated to the United States in September 1970. After spending 36 years in New York, she relocated to Florida in 2006.
She is founder and CEO of Inspired Wholeness Enterprise, where she is allotted the opportunity to speak throughout the US and globally. She speaks at various couple’s and women’s conferences. She has been given the opportunity to speak at venues in Paris, the US, the Caribbean.
After many years in the fashion business, Dr. Sharon pursued a career in counseling. She spent four years in the public-school system in New York, working with autistic children; and eleven years in Florida’s public schools as a school counselor. Dr. Sharon has been featured in several magazines: New York Weekly, Women of Distinction Magazine, Shout Out Miami Magazine. Success Women’s Magazine, and 100 Fearless Women International Magazine.
Dr. Sharon is a board-certified licensed Christian marriage and family therapist and an ordained pastor. She has been a therapist for 17+ years, and currently helps engaged and married couples. Her coaching program for couples is The Marriage P.U.S.H. allowing her the opportunity to meet with couples for three months helping them rebuild or build intimacy. Her mantra: “FROM ROOMMATES TO ROMANCE”.
She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Organizational Management, a Master of Science Degree in Counseling, graduating Suma Cum Laude, a Doctorate in Biblical Studies in Biblical Counseling and a Doctorate in Education Leadership (EdD). Dr. Sharon is the author of several published books: her award-winning number one bestseller Armored and Victorious: Memoirs of a Crossover Season, Weapons for Victory: Memoirs of a Perfect Storm, Christian Divorce Wars, 31 Days of Wholeness, Newbies in the Kingdom, Embracing Our Queenly Anointing: Second Edition, and The Shepherd’s Call. She also collaborated on an anthology called The Fiercely Unstoppable Entrepreneur, which became a #1 international bestseller.
She has been an adjunct professor since 2007, and currently teaches online at Indian River State College in Florida, and Montreat Christian College in North Carolina, teaching graduate and undergraduate counseling and psychology courses.
