Dr. Sarah Skidmore is a Senior Strategic Consultant and Leadership Doctor at The Leadership Hospital®, a global provider of innovative leadership solutions for businesses with multi-locational, hybrid, or remote teams. With direct experience in change management, learning and development, leader development, and workforce development, she helps clients address leadership skills gaps, team engagement challenges, and organizational culture issues. She also holds a Doctor of Strategic Leadership degree and a Master of Arts degree in Public Policy and Business Communications.

Dr. Skidmore holds experience working with leaders worldwide including folks based in Canada, India, France, Mexico, Germany, the Philippines and more - including corporate and Fortune 100 organizations. Additionally, she has lived in The United States, The Netherlands, and Cambodia throughout her professional journey. Whether working with executives, middle managers, employee resource group (ERG) leaders, or emerging professionals – Dr. Skidmore is dedicated to developing a world with stronger leaders. Dr. Skidmore’s work actively influences decisions of executives, boards, and c-suite leaders.

Her work is published in Futures Thinking and Organizational Policy, Volume 2 (2024), Our Geopolitical Futures 2050 (2021), and Stronger People Leaders (2020). She contributes to publications such as in Consulting Magazine, Construction Executive, and Compass by the Association of Professional Futurists. Dr. Skidmore is featured in the Lattice Library and The Decision to Start (2022). She is named in Business Equality Network Pride’s Forty Under Forty, Class of 2022. Dr. Skidmore is a 2024 alumni of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program.

As a passionate educator and lifelong learner, Dr. Sarah also teaches digital marketing transformation at Full Sail University, where she leverages her expertise in emerging technologies, strategic foresight, and marketing management. She is a certified diversity & inclusion professional and a published author on leadership, organizational culture, and leader development. Dr. Sarah develops stronger leaders for stronger businesses while empowering leaders to thrive in the future of work.
