Dr. Rony Delgarde is an award-winning global humanitarian, social entrepreneur, and visionary leader with more than 25 years of experience. From humble beginnings to global recognition, his story shows how vision, empathy, and determination can shape a better world. He is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Global Paint for Charity (GPC). This pioneering nonprofit organization promotes environmental sustainability and social goods by recycling surplus paint and redistributing it to underserved communities worldwide. Under his leadership, GPC has recovered and delivered over 5 million gallons of paint across 44+ countries, transforming homes, schools, and public spaces while advancing the circular economy.
Dr. Delgarde is also the author of the best-selling book How to PAINT Change, which introduces his signature P.A.I.N.T. framework (Purpose, Action, Impact, Networking, Team-building) to empower leaders and changemakers to drive resilience and transformation. CNN, Nasdaq, The New York Times, Fox News, and CNBC have featured him. He is widely recognized as one of the Top 63 Most Impressive CEOs in the Charity Sector and named one of the "50 Most Influential Latinos in Georgia – 2025" by the Georgia Hispanic Chamber.
Rony is a lifelong learner and a lifelong educator who has taught a variety of subjects to college students through Master's Degrees. He holds a Doctorate in Public Policy from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (Class of 2025), an MBA in Health Information Technology from Strayer University, and certifications from the University of Georgia, Terry College of Business, Turner Construction School of Management, ICIC MAP Cohort 1, and the Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Center. In 2021, he was featured in Marquis Who's Who as a Top Professional Executive in America.
Before founding Global Paint for Charity, Dr. Delgarde served as Disaster Logistics Operations Specialist at CARE USA, Regional Director of Operations at Atlantic Healthcare Consulting, Regional Distribution Center Manager at Avon Products, and Regional Distribution Manager at FleetPride, where he led large-scale supply chain and Distribution Center operations, international exports, clinical workflow modernization, and emergency logistics across the United States, Latin America, Africa, and the Caribbean. He serves as a Board Director and Chair of the Membership Committee for 100 Black Men of Las Vegas, an Advisory Committee Member for the USGLC, a Competition Judge for SkillsUSA, and a mentor with Collegiate 100.
