Testimonials (5)
  • Rob’s speeches are thought-provoking and insightful. I find myself interested in understanding more and eager to apply the concepts that Rob expertly explains. Rob has an innate understanding of what the audience needs and presents the content in a way that is applicable and engaging, thought-provoking, relevant, and applicable.

  • Rob engages his audiences with a variety of techniques, and two particularly stand out for me. One is his sense of humor - disarming, surprising, and always illustrating his point in a lighthearted yet memorable way. The other technique is that he is a genuinely good listener who is interested in what others ask or say. In responding, Rob creates an atmosphere of respect and encourages self discovery in dialogue with audience members. Rob's intimate familiarity with his subject matter is always evident and helps him quickly establish credibility with an audience. He draws on his many years of research and study to present ideas and provoke thought.

  • Rob challenges conventional thinking and asks provocative questions that encourage people to engage in true self-reflection about their leadership opportunities.Rob has a conversational style that appeals to his audience. He never talks at you, he is engaged with you. Rob uses humor effectively to point out behaviors that most leaders are guilty of and can relate to; you can’t help but recognize yourself in the examples he provides. Drawn from reliable research Practical and applicable Rob's content is chock full of historical and current examples that bring the content to life. It is drawn from reliable research practical and applicable.
Dr. Elisa Glazer, Executive Director, Talent Development, NCCI, Inc.
  • Rob has an ability to take complex ideas and translate them to meaningful relatable messages that everyone can understand and remember. The powerful messages of an associate culture being a entity on its own and the fact that people need a voice in an organization permeates his approach and has proven to be powerful motivations for me as I have navigated many organizations and structures. His messages are very much fact based. Rob’s engagement seems almost peer-to-peer in spite of his vast education and deep knowledge. His supportive style makes him feel more like a facilitator than the expert in the room and in the end, the knowledge transfer feels like it came from people in the audience. These words & phrases describe Rob: Powerful Concepts, Meaningful Change, Positive Energy
    R. DiMaio, SVP Supply CHain, Office Depot/Office Max
  • Rob's work as a consultant, researcher, and innovator infuse his presentations with content and credibility. While there are consultants with equal education and experience, Rob is unique in his ability to connect with his audience through his natural curiosity of how people work together and his innate desire to improve others’ lives. Rob provides practical and innovative answers, certainly, but it’s the challenging questions he asks that leave the biggest impact. If you want a thought provoking, entertaining, and engaging delivery of primary, original ideas, Rob will certainly provide that, and look very stylish doing it. However, if you need people to be influenced and take action to improve their teams, organizations, and lives, then Rob is one of rare few that can meet your needs.
