Dr. Ope Adebayo

Meet Dr. Opeyemi Adebayo, a dynamic and accomplished professional whose expertise spans multiple domains. She is a Certified Life Coach, Youth Mental Health Coach, Speaker, Author, Mentor, and the visionary founder of "ITA Academy", dedicated to helping individuals discover purpose, overcome limitations, and maximize their God-given potential.

Dr. Ope is also the founder of "One Dime One Smile Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit committed to supporting the less fortunate through impactful initiatives. A published author of "Greatness is in You" and "The Shift," she combines her entrepreneurial spirit and negotiation expertise with her passion for inspiring others.

With a Ph.D. in Management (Leadership and Organizational Strategy) from Walden University, a Master's degrees in Management and a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Dr. Ope is a youth mental health advocate and an active member of the International Christian Coaching Association (ICCA) and the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC).

Ope’s coaching, speaking engagements, and training programs empower individuals to align with God’s vision for their lives, make purposeful decisions, and achieve personal and professional fulfillment. Passionate about connecting with purpose-driven women, she inspires growth, empowerment, and faith.

Outside her professional pursuits, Dr. Ope enjoys reading, writing, music ministry, and spending quality time with her family. Her extraordinary journey reflects her dedication to helping others and her unwavering commitment to her faith.

She currently serves as a member of the Havard Business Review Council as a member of the research community.
