Dr. Melchiore Buscemi

Melchiore Buscemi MD's path to becoming a doctor began in the 1970s when he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from St. Francis College. He then moved on to pursue his M.D. at a State University of New York in 1983, having completed clinical rotations during the third and fourth year of Autonomous University in Guadalajara, Mexico. His clinical experience was further honed through an externship at Queens' Hospital in Queens.

Dr. Melchiore Buscemi attained his license to practice medicine in New York state in 1984, followed by a residency in general surgery at a New York medical college until 1986 as he edged towards specializing. His specialization training officially kicked off with a three-year residency program for urology at the University of Buffalo and Roswell Park Cancer Center. This ended in 1989 and marked his transition to Lehigh Medical Center in Pennsylvania until 1991 when he moved to Bridgeton Medical Center at New Jersey initially before cementing his career with Canton-Potsdam Hospital, Claxton plus Hepburn Medical Center.
