Dr. Lauren N. Huff is a nationally recognized Advocate for Girls in Father-Absent Homes, life coach, career strategist, and nonprofit founder dedicated to empowering girls growing up in father-absent homes. As the Founder and CEO of Daughters Need A Father (DNAF), Inc., Dr. Huff has spent over a decade creating programs, workshops, and advocacy initiatives that help young women build confidence, resilience, and life skills to reach their full potential.
With a personal history spanning five generations of girls navigating father absence, Dr. Huff brings both professional expertise and lived experience to her work. Her mission is to transform the lives of young women by addressing the emotional, social, and career challenges caused by father absence.
Dr. Huff is also a career strategist and life coach, supporting individuals to achieve personal and professional growth. She provides guidance on career planning, leadership development, and personal empowerment, helping clients navigate transitions and unlock opportunities for success.
She is the author of the memoir “I Chose to Be Victorious”, where she shares her story and the lessons learned from growing up in a family impacted by generational father absence.
