I have partnered with Fortune 500 clients across technology, retail, medical, and finance industries to help them develop strategy, strengthen their workforce, increase engagement, empower employees, and encourage innovation. I am a professional coach trainer, and a member of the International Coaching Federation, as well as the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Additionally, I have authored numerous publications and conference presentations exploring leadership development, feedback, and training, including articles and chapters in The Journal of Business Psychology, Teaching Psychology, The Oxford Handbook of Justice in the Workplace, and The Handbook of Industrial, Work, and Organizational Psychology.
