OVERVIEW-Over 20 years of experience in the financial and higher education sector.
Over six years managing a team of up to six (6) team members who sourced for internships, federal work-study, and employment opportunities for students & graduates. Responsible for over 200 events over a 10-year span which included career fairs, panels, guest speakers, and various career-focused workshops. I completed my Doctor of Business Administration degree from Walden University with a concentration in Marketing in March of 2019. Methodologies learned at Walden University, plus my work experience, have prepared me to be an entrepreneur today. I educate working professionals & entrepreneurs to build relationships & increase their network for success. I also spearhead entrepreneurship programs for the Statewide Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of New Jersey.
