I am a founder of Motivat foundation, the co-author of two books, motivational and transformational speaker with a great passion to bring a positive change in peoples lives. My deep research in Emotional Intelligence and its effect on individual and organisational performance as part of the Doctorate in Business Administration allows me to speak to peoples heart and bring the desired change.

I have participated in seminars and programs where we have inspired people to exercise self and social awareness to enhance healthy relationships. Addressing the youth and inspiring them to fulfill their potential in a meaningful way including - how to overcome their fears, time management, self motivation, setting goals and achieving them etc.
