Demarcus Patterson

Demarcus has overcome many hardships since he was a child. He was abandoned by his father, the relationship between him and his mother was in a constant state of tension, and most of his school years were full of bullying due to his skin color.

Through it all Demarcus learned to turn life's stumbling blocks into stepping stones, and become a leader in his community. His message is to teach others to do the same.
