Also, by profession, I am engaged in the tourism sector and working for one of the leading tour operator who is well known for curating travel experiences and memories.
During these years, I have learnt that the more you rise, the better is your perspective. The understanding would help you to embrace change or take up new responsibility. Becoming responsible means maturity which is important to recognize and analyze.
As a learner, I have found learning in every situation, be it favorable or adverse. Earlier I was reluctant but when I started to grasp what is being shared, I inculcated my mind to absorb the lessons and apply them in life on both fronts, i.e, professional and personal. I would be true to everyone, and you, my reader, and would not state that I have gained too much till now but yes, I am happy with all what I have got and am progressing further.
Having understood, a lot efforts are required to justify yourself to yourself as the actual competition is between your comfort zone and effort zone. The moment you cross over the comfort zone, your efforts would increase and this would take you ahead and help you in excelling.
