Daya Kulkarni

Dr Kulkarni is an AarogyaSevak, PublicHealth Enabler, Connected Humanitarian, MedTech Catalyst, Integrative Med Practitioner, TEDx Speaker. Dr Kulkarni is the founder of AarogyaSeva Global Health Volunteer Alliance - a US 501(c)3 not-for-profit and also the founder of Tech4Health and SMILE – a humanitarian MedTech Incubator and founding trustee of the Sunbird Trust and Ayang Trust providing health and education to thousands in the tribal villages on North-East India. He has pioneered the concept of micro-volunteering in healthcare and created several exemplary models. He is also an assistant professor at Syracuse University, NY. He has nurtured various health-tech initiatives including Taal, India’s first low-cost stethoscope and MyCliniCare, creator of a mobile breast cancer screener, HeartWare EKG and WellBeeing Integrative Medicine to name a few.
