David B. Morse was born in Alamogordo, New Mexico, and raised in Rohnert Park, California, & Springfield, Ohio. He now resides in Houston, Texas, with his beautiful wife Paige of 35 years. David has a Ph.D. in Chemistry and an MBA in International Business. He gained 25 years of global experience with leading energy companies, fulfilling sales, marketing, business development, manufacturing, and R&D positions. David B. Morse is a proud member of the World Affairs Council of Houston, the United States Association of Energy Economics (Houston Chapter), and is Treasurer of the U.S. Department of Commerce’s District Export Council (Houston Chapter). David B. Morse noticed over time that familiar approaches to negotiation never quite explained successes or failures, nor ease or difficulty. Negotiation was not a simple puzzle, it was dynamic and different every time. Many books praise a prescriptive approach to improving skills, existing in the domain of experts rather than in innate tools rooted broadly and deeply in everyone. David investigated fields from anthropology to sociology, searching for clues to the pattern matching years upon years of diverse practical experience. He found negotiation’s inherent foundations in the basic human capabilities of language, culture, and problem-solving. David B. Morse then developed a unique system connecting those common human toolkits to successful everyday negotiation. David has now made this his life mission. David B. Morse travels nationally and the world to live and virtual events. David shares his learning system of intuitive and familiar skills, building better and more confident negotiators at home, at work, and in their communities. David helps men and women, entrepreneurs and business owners, professionally and personally, with the best communication skills for creating valuable, enduring partnerships.
