Dara Connolly is a woman on a mission. As a TEDx Speaker, black belt instructor, award-winning confidence coach, and 4x author, Dara has trained thousands of individuals to speak up to be heard.

As a recovered timid wallflower herself, Dara felt frustrated when she witnessed how often she and other leaders (mostly women) were interrupted, unacknowledged, or passed

over for promotions in a corporate environment.

In 2004, Dara took action. She started training others how to speak with confidence be a more impactful speaker.

Her training expanded into offering programs with the Police,

endorsements from mayoral offices, and winning awards from international organizations such as Soroptimist International.

She went on to train over 10,000 women alone.

Dara believes that when you have a powerful mindset of greatness and learn skills to crush self-doubt and are equipped with practical skills– we can be unstoppable.

Her innovative coaching and dynamic presentations have

trained corporate leaders across board rooms to entrepreneurs in leadership.
