Following his graduation, Daniyar secured a position at Bain & Company, one of the top management consulting firms in the world. He then transitioned to Lehman Brothers, working in the Technology Media and Telecom group in New York and London, deepening his expertise in financial markets and corporate finance.

His journey into private equity saw him directing investments at a leading firm, managing impactful deals in the telecoms and retail sectors. He also established the Kazakhstan Hong Development Fund, a $400 million enterprise involving major Hong Kong investors and the Kazakh government.
Daniyar later ventured into the media industry, founding Arai Media and Arai Production, quickly becoming Kazakhstan's leading content producer. After divesting from this venture, he acquired Basel Insurance and partnered with Everest Capital Management on a lucrative real estate development project. He is the sole shareholder of Basel Insurance, which is recognized for its robust financial health and strategic expansion.
