I am Daniel Goldstein, founder and CEO of Elements Talent Consultancy. I started the business in 2009 and first piloted the concept of Embedded Talent Consultancy 6 years later.

I am a passionate advocate of the true value of excellent talent acquisition professionals and I'm on a mission to change perceptions of an industry which has traditionally been characterised by low standards and a consequent lack of trust.

In Elements Talent Consultancy we partner with rapidly-scaling organisations and major corporations going through digital transformation to help them solve their toughest hiring challenges.

Since 2015, we have embedded teams of consultants within some of the world’s best-known organisations, including Spotify, Booking.com, TikTok, Just Eat, iZettle, King.com, H&M and IKEA.
