I walk through the impact of Covid-19 on the consulting industry and how businesses like mine had to pivot to more specialized services to stay relevant and thrive. I introduce the 6-step lead generation solution, which leverages a combination of LinkedIn and email outreach to connect with decision-makers in B2B markets. This shift has led to exponential growth, attracting 50 new clients during the pandemic and helping them secure meetings and deals faster, while maintaining an affordable and partially automated approach. I emphasize the importance of narrowing your focus, targeting a specific niche, and offering specialized services to become the go-to expert in your field.
