Dana Forrest

I was born and raised in Southern Ocean County, NJ. I have worked locally and internationally with youth on a variety of levels. I got my start at School Based Youth Services (SBYS) at Pinelands Regional School District in 2010, where I began as Coordinator of a Teen Outreach Program & eventually became the team lead therapist for individual, group, and family therapy. I have held many positions along the way- as an in home therapist, adjunct professor (Rowan University and Middlesex County College), mentor, & sexual victim advocate. I have lived abroad in Fiji with the Peace Corps and worked along side the Minister of Health & Minister of Education. I have assisted with writing text books, holding training of trainers, hosting presentations for schools, and much more! For the last 5 years, I have worked in the Psychiatric Emergency Room at Southern Ocean Medical Center and Ocean University Medical Center, where I currently hold the position as supervisor.
